換貨及退款
1. 我們向您提供「14天的產品質量保證」,即於收貨時,若閣下發現產品損壞或並非處於良好狀況,可於14天內聯絡忘憂草以安排更換產品。否則一般情況下,我們不接受任何換貨或取消訂單的要求。
2. 如果我們同意你有權更換產品,但所要求更換之貨品已經售罄,我們會退回相關款項給您。
3. 在我們獨立決定及特殊情況下,我們將退回網上購物所涉及之款項到您的銀行户口或到店舖取回款項。
4. 如您於付款時曾經使用電子優惠券或電子折價券,我們將會作出相關調整。
5. 在接受產品交換之前,請向我們出示購物收據正本或相關的電子收據。
6. 貨品必須與所有購買時所附送之贈品一併退還,否則我們將從退款中扣除該贈品的價值。
Exchange and Refund Policy
- We provide a "14-day product quality guarantee." If, upon receipt, you find the product damaged or not in good condition, you may contact Daylily within 14 days to arrange a product exchange. Otherwise, under normal circumstances, we do not accept any requests for exchanges or order cancellations.
- If we agree that you are entitled to an exchange but the requested product is out of stock, we will refund the relevant amount to you.
- In exceptional cases and at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount involved in online purchases to your bank account or arrange for you to collect the refund at our store.
- If you used an electronic voucher or discount code at the time of payment, we will make the necessary adjustments accordingly.
- Before accepting a product exchange, please present the original purchase receipt or the relevant electronic receipt.
- The product must be returned together with all free gifts included at the time of purchase; otherwise, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.
